- Development proposal — we develop, you retain a defined interest
- Joint venture — contribution, share and timeline agreed in writing first
- Construction partnership — you develop, we build

- Location — area, road, mauza or nearest landmark
- Area in marla, kanal or acres
- Ownership position and whether the record is clear
- Road access and approach width
- Current use and any approvals already in place

Path 02 — I want to invest
Opportunities, assessed properly.
We work with investors on land, commercial and residential property and on development projects. Every opportunity is presented with what it costs, what it depends on, and what could go wrong.
